Part 1

     "Apathy, everywhere and nowhere" This is what I would take from this story in order to make a new title. It goes with how FDR turned the ship of a 1000 back even knowing their outcome and how many governments around the world knew what was happening and did nothing. Aswell this would go good with the cities around the camps who just ignored them and kept running day to day as it nothing was wronge and just didn't care.
